Biography
David Carley-Givant, MA, is a doctoral intern in the University of North Dakota's Univerity Counsling Center (UCC). He is currently working towards his Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Northwest Nazariene Universty in Nampa, Idaho. As part of his graduate training, he has completed training in various academic and community mental health settings. His training includes testing and psychological evaluation for neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & Autism), and working with univesity students to promote their mental health. David's clinical interests include traditional and non-traditional student populations focusing on anxiety, ADHD, and depression. His approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and biopsychosocial models.
